Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a practice that encourages participants to come into stillness.

With Restorative Yoga you will develop a self-to-self and self-to-body relationship.

You will experience:

  • Carefully chosen, fully supported positions

  • Connecting a little deeper with your inner world

  • Focusing on your breath and breathing techniques to use outside of the session

  • Slowly coming into stillness

  • Feeling peaceful and calm

 

The sessions assist with:

  • Reducing stress, anxiety, depression

  • Lowering of blood pressure and heart rate

  • Boosting the immune system

  • Feeling more energised

 

A Restorative Yoga session will leave you feeling  connected to yourself and your body.
